  • Are you a trained translator?

Yes, I hold a Master's degree in Translation from the University of Montpellier (2008). Over the years, I've continuously expanded my expertise, including through specialized training directly relevant to my role as a marketing translator: web writing and SEO strategy (2021), gender-inclusive French writing (2021), subtitling (2022), trainer skills and public speaking (2023), and plain language principles (2024).

  • How much does it cost?

The price varies depending on factors such as the nature of the task, the technical complexity of the subject matter, and the project timeline. Your quote will show either a fixed rate for the complete project or an hourly rate. Here are some concrete examples:

In the translation range of services, the translation of a 1,000-word help center article would cost around 150 EUR, the transcreation of a 1,000-word blog would cost 250 EUR, and the translation and SEO optimization of a 1,000-word article would cost 400 EUR.

For other services: SEO research for a set of 10 blog posts would cost 500 EUR, a product review including a live presentation would cost 1,000 EUR, and the creation of a French Style Guide with examples specific to your brand would cost 1,500 EUR.

Each of these services comes with dedicated attention, clear deliverables, and full availability to answer your questions.

  • Which tools do you use? Do you work with AI?

As a translator with 16 years of experience, I have always worked with professional CAT tools like Trados, Crowdin, MemoQ, Phrase and more to ensure consistency and efficiency.

I don't use AI tools for the initial translation of your content because marketing materials require careful attention to brand voice, cultural nuance, and creative adaptation that only human expertise can provide. However, I'm open to reviewing and refining AI-based translations if you prefer that approach.

  • What types of content do you translate?

As a specialized marketing translator, I work mostly on customer-facing communications: website copy, blog copy, landing pages, guides, white papers, email sequences, sales decks, newsletters, courses, Google ads, LinkedIn ads, social media content, help center content, surveys, subtitles, taglines, and even synopses and movie titles. In the past, I have also extensively worked on internal corporate communications such as annual reports, newsletters, and internal system interfaces.

  • Which markets do you focus on?

Companies I work with are mostly from the following industries: business tools and SaaS, marketplace and e-commerce, creative and design, and education and learning.
